Have you ever been to a place so many times that you become biased and think you can’t experience it any other way? Yeah, that’s Coral Gables for me, specifically the area of Miracle Mile between 37th Avenue and Le Jeune Road. But this past weekend, the Leica Store Miami and a few local photographers helped me to open my mind to discovering some different nooks & crannies of the town.
The Leica Store Miami hosted an Instameet and gave a few lucky explorers the opportunity to see the world through a Leica lens. The Leica M & Leica Q models were loaned out to a few lucky previously selected participants, and then we all went out to shoot the town. Unfortunately I wasn’t a recipient of one of the models but still had a good time meeting new people and hearing about the experience via some of my friends in attendance.
Take a look at the sights I captured, all shot on my Sony A6000 (and two images via my Nexus 6). Edited with VSCO, I can honestly say this was the first time I was literally FLYING through fast, very concise mobile edit. I’m truly elated with the outcome. Enjoy.
