Are you originally from Miami?
John was born and raised here. Crystal was born in St. Louis, MO, but her family relocated to Miami when she was a toddler.
How long have you lived in the city?
We’ve been residents of Miami for more than 30 years
What are you passionate about?
We are most passionate about relationship building! When we developed our business, we considered that we would be introduced to many cultures. How would we address that? We recognized that it was imperative to ensure that we maintained an inclusive approach to every client we would serve. For example, if we were hired to serve a particular group, we made it our objective to ensure we learned of the culture to incorporate their cuisine within our menu. We follow up to ensure they enjoyed the service. We even allow them to evaluate us. We aim to ensure we offer more than just satisfaction. We want their business for life.
What do you hope to accomplish through your talents?
We’d like for all to enjoy our fare, but more importantly, we’d like for them to remember our service.
What was your most significant achievement in 2014/life?
We are elated to receive certification and the ICB Seal from ICB Productions in 2014. Your Savory Fare received designation by ICB Productions, Inc. as a value-centered company, whose practices are inclusive, engaging, and transformational. Hence, the ICB (Inclusive Community Building) Seal is an emblem of our promise to provide heartfelt food preparation and management services to accommodate the diverse palates and nutritional needs of clients of all backgrounds.
